How To Get Motivated To Lose Weight For Wedding
I gained 65 pounds during my pregnancy…oops! By focusing on mynutrition, and doing 30-minute workouts each day, I lost 65 pounds in 5 months, and another 15 pounds a few months later.
People always ask me aboutmotivation, and how to get started on a health and fitness journey, so I wanted to give you some of my tips =)

WHY do you want to lose weight? Why do you wantto get healthy? Do you want more energy to keep up with your kids? Do you want to feel confident and comfortable in your skin? What is your reason for making the change? This is seriously KEY. It’s going to be hard. You’re going to struggle. Youmight want to give up. But if you know your reason for sticking with it and you are 100% committed to making the change for that why, then you’re going to stay strong when things get tough.

Try working out in the mornings, I promise you, after 1-2 weeks, it will become a habit and you’ll really look forward to that time instead of wishing you could stay in bed.
