Lose Weight Food Reward

Lose Weight Food Reward

This post was created as part of a relationship in which I was sponsored by Weight Watchers and given a free three month subscription to try their new Personal Coaching product and write about my experience. Though I was compensated for my time and commitment, all views, positive and negative, are my own.

There are many challenges we all face when our focus is on gettinghealthy. Between birthday parties and other celebrations I am constantly surrounded with foodsthat can easily hinder weight loss. With my blogI am constantly thinking and planning around these types of foods. I think that parties and special occasions should have foods that you love no matter the calories, but everyday life should be more reserved. The great thing that Weight Watchers has shown me is that I don’t have to deprive myself to lose weight. Weight Watchers has helped me make better choices in food and fitness. One of the choices that I have to make now is how I will celebrate my weight loss goals. In the past I would celebrate with food, but I decided it was time for some non-food rewards so that my weight loss doesn’t stall. I made a list21 Non-Food Rewards so that I can reward my success without any setbacks!

Calorie

One of the things I love to do to celebrate reaching my goals is getting manicure or pedicure. Iusually give myself one, but if it’s a big goal met I might splurge to have it done professionally.

Tiny Change, Big Reward

I’ll admit that I am not a big bath taker, but when I take one it is rewarding. It’s so relaxing! Fill the bath with bubbles or bath salts. I can’t believe how soft my skin feels after doing this too!

Yesterday the sky was gorgeous and our family decided to go on a walk through the neighborhood. This is a reward to me and it really helps me to refresh my mind! Sometimes when I am thinking about food I change my scenery and I’ll forget my craving. Plus it gives me a little added exercise!

Another way I love to reward myself is logging into the Weight Watchers website and tracking my progress. It’s great to see the graphs and motivational tools there. The food tracker is my favorite because it makes it easy to track my daily food goals. I also love to call up my Weight Watchers Personal Coach both as a reward and when I need help. She not only helps me to keep motivated even when it’s tough butalso encourages me when I have met a goal. Something that I have learned about myself is that I can’t do this alone. I need help if I want to reach my goals. I love having Weight Watchers Personal Coachingbecause theyhave already been through this and areon the other sidehelping us to push through! If you are thinking of joining Weight Watchers then now is the time!

Non Food Rewards For Weight Loss That You Need To Know

If you’re working on losing weight but keep hitting roadblocks along the way, you might be missing an important step in your weight loss journey: rewarding yourself

Setting goals for weight loss is fantastic, but you need to make sure you’re setting goals the right way and developing a plan for big goals, small goals, and healthy weight loss rewards that don’t involve reintroducing unhealthy eating habits.

When we work toward goals (especially if we’re new to goal setting), it’s important to not only set SMART goals (we’ll chat about that in a minute) but also to break down big-picture goals into multiple smaller goals that are easier to manage.

Losing Weight: Small Changes, Big Results

Breaking up big goals into small goals and then planning rewards for meeting those smaller goals is an amazing way to keep your motivation high.

For instance, if you want to lose 20 pounds, that will take several months with a healthy weight loss of 1-2 pounds per week.

Healthy

It’s easy to get discouraged along the way if you’re not breaking that up into smaller goals and rewarding yourself for each small goal achieved.

You can break up that overall 20-pound weight loss goal into several smaller ones, like 5 goals of 4 pounds each, or 4 goals of 5 pounds each.

Meeting each smaller goal adds up to the bigger goal, and will keep your motivation high as you accomplish your tasks and plan simple rewards for meeting those goals.

Once you use the SMART principals to set your big-picture goal and then your small goals to achieve it, you can plan out your weight loss rewards for meeting your goals.

Before meeting Kim and Kalee, I was struggling with my fitness goals. I would start out strong, but I just didn’t stay on track. With their motivation and support, I have not only stayed on track myself, but now I’m helping others reach their fitness and health goals! I’ve never felt or looked better, and I love being a part of their coaching team!

Secret Behind Why You Can Regain Weight After You've Lost It Uncovered By Scientists

Before I met Kim & Kalee about 6 years ago, I had hit a plateau and felt very frustrated. I was doing all the ‘right’ things and still not seeing results. The girls introduced me to a whole new world of workouts! With their guidance and encouragement I found the workout I wanted to do and haven’t looked back! Through this process I have also gained 2 wonderful friends. Their love and knowledge is greatly appreciated.

Kim and Kalee Sorey are absolutely awesome! They gave me the confidence to become a coach and have been valuable mentors ever since. I strive to emulate the accepting and easy going approach that has made them wildly successful.
